Introduction

Agreement Between You and 66vc

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 66vc ("the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the 66vc website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services. These Terms apply to all users regardless of location, though the platform is specifically designed for and directed at players in Bangladesh.

By accessing the 66vc platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

Eligibility

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account restriction on the 66vc platform that would prohibit you from wagering.
• You hold a single 66vc account only. Creating, operating, or accessing more than one account per person is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Account Registration

Creating and Maintaining Your 66vc Account

To access the full features of the 66vc platform — including depositing, wagering, claiming bonuses and processing withdrawals — you must register a player account. Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and the creation of a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending balance.

• You must not share your account credentials (mobile number and password) with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — remains your sole responsibility.
• 66vc reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 66vc will notify the registered mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied to the account balance.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 66vc support via live chat immediately. 66vc cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access if the player failed to report the breach in a timely manner.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial Transactions on the 66vc Platform

All financial transactions on the 66vc platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's 66vc balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the mobile wallet provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During periods of high demand — including major BPL or IPL match days and Eid holidays — processing may take up to 6 hours.
• 66vc does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Players may however be subject to fees charged by their own mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) in accordance with that provider's own terms. 66vc has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 66vc player account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 66vc may request proof of ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing.
• 66vc reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number if a withdrawal is held for review.

Deposits made to the 66vc platform are final and non-refundable once the funds have been credited to the player's account balance and used to place one or more wagers. Deposits that were made in error and have not yet been wagered may be refunded at 66vc's sole discretion — contact support via live chat within 24 hours of the deposit to request review.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 66vc offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general principles apply to all 66vc bonuses.

• All bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are applied to wagers automatically after the main cash balance has been exhausted. Players may choose to forfeit an uncompleted bonus at any time via the account dashboard — forfeiting a bonus will remove the bonus balance from the account immediately.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Claiming a second bonus before fully completing the rollover requirement on an active bonus is not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of the newer bonus.
• 66vc reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being abused, that the player has provided false information, or that the player has engaged in any form of bonus fraud or collusion.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only. Players who have previously held an account on the platform — including accounts that have been closed by 66vc for any reason — are not eligible for new player promotions.

Gameplay & Fair Play

Game Rules, RNG Certification and Sporting Integrity

All casino games available on the 66vc platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software sourced from independently audited game studios. The outcome of every spin, hand, round, or game event is determined by the RNG and is statistically independent of all previous and future outcomes. 66vc does not influence, manipulate, or override the outcome of any RNG game.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's software provider and is independent of 66vc's operational decisions. RTP information for individual games is available from the game's information panel.
• Sports betting markets on the 66vc sportsbook are offered on the basis of publicly available sporting event information. 66vc reserves the right to void or suspend any betting market if a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or affected by any verifiable integrity concern.

• Players may not use any automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the 66vc platform, to place bets, to claim bonuses, or to exploit any feature of the platform. Automated interaction is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible from within each game's interface. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of wagers placed.

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Violate These Terms

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 66vc platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in 66vc reporting the activity to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account, including using different mobile numbers or the accounts of other persons to circumvent a suspension, self-exclusion, or KYC requirement.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods including mobile wallet accounts registered to another person, or making chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering.
• Any form of collusion with other players, with 66vc staff, or with third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or display glitches to place wagers or claim payouts at odds or amounts that were not intended by 66vc. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the 66vc platform for any money-laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to disguise the origin of funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 66vc support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Responsible Gaming

Our Obligations and Your Tools

66vc is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform includes a suite of player-controlled tools accessible from the account dashboard after login. These tools are designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity and are available to all registered players at no cost and with no minimum usage period.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited to their account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

Account Suspension

Suspension, Closure and Termination of Accounts

66vc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are non-exhaustive examples of circumstances in which account action may be taken.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct clauses, the one-account rule, or the age eligibility requirement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request from 66vc, including where the player's account has been flagged as part of a wider anti-money-laundering review.
• The player requests voluntary account closure. A player who requests account closure will receive confirmation of the closure via SMS to their registered mobile number. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 3 business days.
• 66vc determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the games or betting markets.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 66vc due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of 66vc's investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, 66vc reserves the right to forfeit the balance in its entirety.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the 66vc platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 66vc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 66vc platform content without express written permission.

The 66vc brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 66vc. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in any social media profile, website, application, or marketing material — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Scope of 66vc's Legal Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66vc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, sports betting results, service interruptions, or any third-party payment provider actions. 66vc's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

66vc makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Whilst 66vc takes all reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. 66vc will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

66vc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 66vc will notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The amended Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification is sent, unless the change is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory requirement, in which case the amendment takes effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 66vc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support via live chat.
